PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a data processing and to simplify a circuit with respect to a multi-processor system equipped with plural processors. SOLUTION: This multi-processor system is provided with a processor 7 having a data input terminal and a data output terminal which is programmed so as to judge the destination of transfer of input data successively inputted through an input port to transfer each input data to the prescribed destination of transfer, and processors 10-13 having data input terminals and data output terminals which are programmed so as to operate a prescribed processing to the input data transferred from the processor 7.
