PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which prevents a clip head or mounting hole from exposing outside by attaching a clip from inside of a front lid to fix a radiator grille, as well as allows stable detachment of the radiator grille from the front lid by a simple rotational operation without forcedly detaching the clip from the radiator grille and the front lid in detaching the radiator grille in a large vehicle and the like. SOLUTION: A fixed shaft 5b is inserted into a perfect circle hole 7 formed on a front lid 3. After insertion, a stator 5 is fixed onto the front lid 3 by an elastic return force of a latch pawl 5a. A radiator grille 2 is fixed by a latch pawl 4a at a reduced-diameter portion of a slot 6 formed thereon. After insertion, a rotator 4 is fixed onto the radiator grille 2 by an elastic return force of the latch pawl 4a. As a result, the radiator grille 2 is fixed to the front lid via a clip 1. This position is maintained by the sides located in perpendicular relation around a flange 4c constituting a clip stop on a flange receiver 5c.
