摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable high picture quality and low splashing property of a toner by using a magnetic metal or oxide of the metal as the core material and coating the core surface with a resin to satisfy specified formulae. SOLUTION: A magnetic metal or oxide of the metal is used as the core material, and the core surface is coated with a resin to satisfy the formulae of 0.5×10-2<=Wc/Wo<=1.6×10-2 and 1.0×10-2<=C.Wc/(Wo+Wc)<=4.3×10-2, wherein Wc (g) is the weight of the coating resin of the carrier core material, Wo (g) is the weight of the carrier core material, and C is the carbon concn. (mg/g) in the carrier. The particle size of the carrier core material is preferably 30 to 200μm, and especially preferably 60 to 120μm. The coating layer of the carrier core material is preferably a fluorocarbon resin, acrylic resin and silicone resin. A carbon-based conductive material such as carbon black is added to the resin.</p>
