PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cooling/heating panel in which the heat exchanging pipes of a pipe mat can be held in parallel easily by arranging them along respective valley parts of a lath sheet and the pipe mat can be embedded while keeping that state. SOLUTION: A lath sheet 2 is corrugated by press to have rectangular ridge parts 11 and valley parts 12 repeating continuously. The ridge parts 11 are formed at substantially same pitch as the heat exchanging pipes 6 of a pipe mat P. The valley parts 12 have width substantially equal to the diameter of the heat exchanging pipe 6. After the lath sheet 2 is secured, the resin pipe mat P is set thereon while fitting the heat exchanging pipes 6 thereof in the valley parts 12 of the lath sheet 2. |
