PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the support tool which is easily fitted and eliminates inconvenience and supports the keyboard upright on the back side by making it possible to use the keyboard while the keyboard self-support tool is fitted detachably to the keyboard. SOLUTION: The keyboard self-support tool 1 has a fitting part in a hollow shape which can be fit to the back of the keyboard 2. Further, the keyboard self-support tool 1 is so shaped that when the keyboard 2 is used while the keyboard self-support tool 1 is fitted, the keyboard self-support tool 1 never comes into contact with the installation surface of the keyboard 2. Consequently, even when the keyboard 2 is used while fitted with the keyboard self-support tool 1, the keyboard self-support tool 2 can be prevented from interferring with the angle at which the keyboard 2 is operated. Further, the material of the keyboard self-support tool is preferably elastic to a necessary extent.
