PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power storage power supply system, an electric power supply method and an electric power feed method, capable of preventing regeneration of surplus power from a private power system to a commercial power system, and attaining high efficient and constant load operation of the private power. SOLUTION: Underpower from a commercial power system 1 to a private power system 2 is normally supplied through the AC/DC converter 5 and the I/C converter 6 of an electric power converting device 4. When the electric power on the private power system 2 is excessive, the electric power is stored in a storage battery 8 by the I/C converter 6. When a transiently sharp change in a load 10 and the excessive peak power consumption of the load on the private power system 2 or the shortage of the electric power on the side of the private power system 2 are detected by an electric power monitoring device 9, electric power is supplied from the storage battery 8 to the private power system 2. |
