PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the whole system of an opening and closing mechanism of LCD by integration of a hinge mechanism and a latch mechanism. SOLUTION: The LCD-opening and closing hinge mechanism 8 for hinging an LCD(a liquid crystal display) and a body is integrated with LCD-fixing latch mechanisms 1, 6 for fixing the LCD to the body. The LCD-opening/closing hinge mechanism 8 comprises a first hinge 2 connected to the body, a second hinge 4 connected to the LCD, a shaft 7 connecting the first hinge 2 and the second hinge 4, a movable part 3 projected from one of the first hinge 2 and the second hinge 4, and a first cut 5 formed in the other thereof, and the LCD is fixed by inserting the movable part 3 into the first cut 5.
