PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance security by adding a specific pattern specific to each unit and a specific pattern specific to equipment to a medium, on which an image is formed so as to specify the equipment and unit in use by checking the specific patterns even when paper moneys or securities are copied. SOLUTION: A specific pattern specific to each unit based on the specific number of each unit read from a storage means is added to image data. Then an image is formed on a medium, on which the image is formed based on image data with the specific pattern added thereto. A specific pattern addition section 24 of the image forming device adds a specific pattern generated by a character pattern (specific pattern 1), which corresponds to the manufacture number (model) of a color scanner section 1 and a character pattern (specific pattern 2), corresponding to a manufacture number (model) of a color printer section 2 to image data in yellow(Y) outputted from, e.g. a filter processing section 23. |
