PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker by which a speaker system is made small with excellent sound quality from a low frequency sound to a high frequency sound and high sensitivity. SOLUTION: The speaker has a ring magnet 2 whose lower face is supported by a yoke 1, a 1st magnet 3 placed on a middle 1b of the yoke 1, a pot type yoke 4 that is placed on the 1st magnet 3 and placed inside the ring magnet 2, a 2nd magnet 5 that is placed in the pot type yoke 4, a 1st magnetic air gap 7 formed by an inner circumferential face of the plate 6 placed on an upper face of the ring magnet 2 and an outer circumferential face of the pot type yoke 4, a 2nd magnetic air gap formed by an outer circumferential face of a pole piece 8 placed on the 2nd magnet 5 and an inner circumferential face of the pot type yoke 4, and the 1st magnetic air gap 7 drives a diaphragm for a squaker and a woofer and the 2nd magnetic air gap 9 drives a diaphragm 20 for a tweeter.
