PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heat dissipation performance from lowering by blocking counter flow of bubbles (refrigerant vapor) from a heat insulating passage through a circulation passage to a refrigerant chamber. SOLUTION: A refrigerant tank 3 incorporates a refrigerant chamber 10, a liquid return passage 11, a heat insulating passage 12, and a circulation passage 22. The refrigerant chamber 10 forms an ebullient region of liquid refrigerant and has a plurality of passage-like sections. The liquid return passage 11 passes condensed liquid and provided on one side of the refrigerant tank 3. The heat insulating passage 12 is formed between the refrigerant chamber 10 and the liquid return passage 11 and supplies condensed liquid from the liquid return passage 11 to the refrigerant chamber 10. A plate 40 for preventing refrigerant vapor (bubbles) in the heat insulating passage 12 from flowing back to the circulation passage 22 is arranged on the lower end opening face of the heat insulating passage 12 and small holes for passing the liquid refrigerant are made through the vapor counter flow blocking plate 40.
