PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate power by rotating a rotor intercepting mass without requiring any rotor. SOLUTION: The inventive generator has a stator of an ordinary generator and a rotor where the cylindrical core of N and S poles is replaced and the field/line of magnetic force generated through rotation of the rotor is intercepted by the rotor. The rotor is made of an intercepting mass and provided with spaces. The rotor has r.p.m. and the number of spaces dependent on the number of cycle. Since only the intercepting mass rotates, only small energy is required and consumables can be decreased.
