PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a mechanical shift amount as if by a switch by setting a plurality of resistance bodies having a high-resistance pattern path from a terminal of one end to a conductive pattern of the other end and a slider sliding on each conductive pattern of the resistance body. SOLUTION: A shaft 10 to which a rotational angle shift is input is axially supported to a mount 12. One end of the shaft 10 penetrates a shaft hole formed in a center of a cover 14 fitted to a case 13 fixedly holding the mount 12. A plurality of resistance bodies 16 are laid to a front face of a resin ring 5 at an inner circumferential face of the case 13. An insulating layer is formed on a silver printed pattern face of the resistance body and a conductive plastic layer is further formed on the insulating layer. L-shaped terminals 17a, 17b are electrically connected to the silver printed layer of the resistance body 16 via a lead wire 18. Wipers 21, 22 are fixedly supported to a rotor 19 coaxially fixed to the shaft 10. The wiper 21 slides on the resistance bodies 16 and the wiper 22 slides on a face of a collector 23 arranged inside the cover 14 in accordance with the rotation of the rotor 19.
