PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose the method for efficiently recording and reproducing many kinds of information, i.e., multimedia information by using a color bar code where much information can be recorded. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a correspondence table 7 wherein mutually different colors are assigned to 2n kinds of (n)-bit codes when there are (n) kinds of object information (n: natural number), a means 5 which represents the (n) kinds of information as bits by respectively specific methods, a means 6 which selects colors from the bit code generated with corresponding bits in bit sequences of respective pieces of information according to the correspondence table, and a means 8 which generates a color bar code by arraying the selected colors. |
