PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a winding coil of flat type conductor using an insulation coated round type conductor by rolling an insulation coated round type conductor into an insulation coated flat type conductor and winding it simultaneously into a coil. SOLUTION: The flat type conductor winding coil manufacturing machine 11 comprises a truncated conical bobbin 13 standing on a base 12 fixed on the floor, a rolling unit 14, and a winder 16 for winding a flat type conductor 5 fed out from the rolling unit 14 in Z direction around a winding part 15 to form a coil 1. In the flat type conductor winding coil manufacturing machine 11, an insulation coated round type conductor 105 fed out from the bobbin 13 is rolled by the rolling unit 14 on the downstream side into an insulation coated flat type conductor 5 which is wound, as it is, by a coil winder 16 farther on the downstream side. Since a winding coil 1 of flat type conductor 5 can be manufactured using the round type conductor 105 and a coil 1 of flat type conductor 5 can be formed simultaneously with flattening of the round type conductor 105, a flat type conductor winding coil 1 can be manufactured at relatively low cost. |
