PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the almost even width of strip lines which construct a filer element with a comparatively simple method and also to improve the production yield and reliability by preparing a cavity space opened on the surface of a dielectric substrate and forming partly a pattern of a strip conductor circuit on the cavity space. SOLUTION: This element consists of a dielectric substrate 1 using a printed board ceramic substrate, etc., a strip conductor pattern 2 formed by applying the Ni/Au plating to the Cu print, an I/O electrode line 3 and a cavity 4. A part (a) functioning as inductance is added to the element together with a part (b) functioning as capacitance. Then the part (a) is not formed on the dielectric of the substrate 1 and formed on the space of the cavity 4. As a result, the inductance effect is attained although the pattern 2 is not thinned at the part (a). Thus, it's possible to obtain a desired filter with no increase of loss even though the pattern 2 is not shortened. |
