PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To face and hold without vibration a portable apparatus on the breast upon necessary at any time, and wear in an ordinary way an outerwear, particularly, a formal business suit, or a shirt without deforming its external appearance. SOLUTION: A suspension segment 2 having an engaged member 1 is mounted on the prescribed position of the under collar of a business suit, a shift and the like. A suspender 5 is provided with a band-like body 14 having an engaging member 6 fittably fitted to the suspension segment 2. A neck fixing utensil 7 and a breast pocket fixing utensil 8 are installed on the suspender 5. The resulting mounting utensil is used for a portable apparatus 3 or serves as a holding utensil for the holder 4 of the portable apparatus 3.
