PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cooling/heating panel in which adjacent panels are aligned accurately with the center of a duct by projecting a stopper from the circumferential side of the panel to the outside of a rectangle having the long side integer times as long as the short side, forming fitting parts at symmetrical positions on the inside of the opposite side of the rectangle and then fitting the adjacent panels each other. SOLUTION: The cooling/heating panel is molded of foamable synthetic resin to have a square plane of 30 cm and two parallel U-shaped ducts 11 are engraved in the upper surface thereof perpendicularly to the side of the square. Furthermore, stoppers 12 are projected outward from the upper and right sides thereof and a fitting part 13 shaped to copy the part of the stopper 12 projecting from the square is formed on the inside of the square. The stopper may be set removably. Pitch of the parallel ducts is set equal to one half of the length of the side of the square, i.e., 15 cm.
