PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a thin film a solid electrolyte by constituting a positive electrode comprising a combined electrode in which a mercaptide compound such as lithium thiocyanurate in which at least one hydrogen atom of a mercapto group is substituted with a lithium atom and a positive electrode layer comprising a conductive material is carried on a collector; a polymer electrolyte; and a negative electrode comprising lithium. SOLUTION: A positive electrode 13 in which a positive electrode layer 13c containing a mercaptide compound such as lithium thiocyanurate in which a hydrogen atom of a mercapto group is substituted with a lithium atom represented by a formula is formed on a collector 13b comprising a carbon film on a positive collector 13a comprising titanium is placed in a container sealed. Then, a negative electrode 14 in which a negative electrode layer 14b comprising a lithium is formed on a negative electrode collector 14a comprising titanium is provided and further, a mixed organic electrolyte containing at least one of ethylenecarbonate and propylenecarbonate and a solid electrolyte 15 comprising a lithium salt such as LiBF are provided.
