The device comprises a frame, in the longitudinal direction of which is a guide rail, which runs between two slide rails fixed parallel to the frame. On the frame, two parallel spaced apart threaded spindles (1a,1b) with the same pitch are rotatably fixed. The spindle comprises preferably 4-5 thread sections (2a,2b), the pitch of which is additionally increased by the amount of the pitch of the first threaded section. Each threaded section has an adjustable thread block (7a,7b). The thread blocks are arranged in pairs on a transverse (12a) which accommodates the fixture pins (15b,16b) for the filling bars. The traverse extends crossways over the slide rails and axially in the guide rail.
