DISK CARTRIDGE

A cartridge body (4) storing a disk (5) of a disk cartridge is provided with a recording/reproducing opening and a central opening (25). Opposite inner surfaces of the cartridge body (4) are provided with liners (49, 51). The liners (49, 51) have contact portions and non-contact portions with respect to the cartridge body (4) and non-air-permeable layers are formed on the surface sides of the non-contact portions that face the cartridge body (4). The non-contact portions of the liners (49, 51) are allowed to float toward the disk (5) by an air stream generated by the rotation of the disk (5) until contacting the disk (5) to clean the disk.
