The system consists of a mobile radio network with numerous mobile terminals and an exchange, controlling the communication within the network. There is a call center for receiving the customer's orders for services and goods and for forwarding them to the exchange. Over the mobile radio network is transmitted to each customer's terminal a voucher for authorized drawing of services and/or goods, where it is stored. There is at least one customer's terminal for data exchange with the mobile terminal of the customer, who proves his authorization for services and/or goods to the customer's terminal by the voucher stored in the terminal.
