Universal physical fitness trainer

The trainer has a movable parallelogram frame moved against weights. The fitness trainer (1) has a support (2) and a parallelogram frame (20) with left and right longitudinal struts (21,22), and upper and lower cross struts (23,24). The longitudinal struts are moveable vertically and parallel to each other against a resistance (26,27) and/or a weight. Each has an associated left or right hand grip and foot rest. Movement of the parallelogram frame results in an upward movement of the left hand grip and foot rest and downward movement of the right hand grip and foot rest and vice versa.
