PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message card for a formal funeral service for sending to the deceased by a person to see the deceased off at the time of laying his body in a coffin in the funeral service or occasions. SOLUTION: A message for sending to the deceased is described on both surfaces of saddle stitching part 3 and both surfaces of the state that a front cover 1 and a rear cover 2 are opened, and a cover sheet 4 in which the described content can be copied, and simultaneously released for storage is provided.
