PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pharmaceutical preparation containing a physiologically active substance for oral administration having a favorable storage stability at a high temperature, an excellent gastric acid resistance and an excellent solubility in an enteric canal. SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical preparation containing a physiologically active substance comprises the physiologically active substance, caseins and a gelling agent and has <=4% water content. Preferably the physiologically active substance is lactic acid bacteria, the gelling agent is an alginate, the pharmaceutical preparation containing the physiologically active substance is a tablet or a granule and contains a carbonate and the carbonate is calcium carbonate. |
