PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of a cavity and a mold member by plating portions to be padded on a cavity surface of a mold. SOLUTION: A fixed side mold and a movable side mold are provided, and it is constructed that a core 23 is fastened with bolts in the movable side mold. The core 23 is removed therefrom by removing the bolts. The edge surface of the core 23 which is corrected by padding is nickel-plated to form a nickel- plated layer 231. Chromium-plating is then performed thereon to form a chromium-plated layer 232, and the correction by padding is performed. The thickness of the nickel-plated layer 231 is about 0.1-4.0 mm and the thickness is adjusted by the nickel-plating, and a releasability is improved by the chromium-plating. These plating are selected in accordance with application. This reduces the temperature change, prevents the cavity and the mold member from deforming, reduces the correction cost for the mold, and shortens the period for correcting the mold.
