UNSATURATED POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester resin composition which does not exert an undesirable influence on the human body and gives a curable resin composition excellent in curability and hardness. SOLUTION: The objective composition comprises an unsaturated polyester resin comprising, as polycondensation components, an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid (a) selected from maleic acid-based compounds and fumaric acid-based compounds with (b) a saturated dicarboxylic acid comprising a tetrahydrophthalic acid-based compound, having a crosslinkable unsaturated monomer selected from acrylic esters and alkyl vinyl ethers incorporated therein.
