摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep or improve the productivity and the quality of sintered ore at the time of producing the sintered ore by using high crystal water and low gangue iron ore. SOLUTION: In this method, the sintered ore is produced by charging the blended raw material obtd. by blending returned ore and solid fuel into new raw material containing 5-50 mass% the high crystal water and low gangue iron ore which contains >=3.0 mass% crystal water, <=4.0 mass% SiO2 and >=25 mass% fine powder having <=0.25 mm, mixing and granulating, into a sintering machine and sintering. In such a case, after beforehand mixing or mixing and granulating the high crystal water and low gangue iron ore with one or more kinds of the returned ore, minus sieve sintered ore powder and minus sieve powder of bulky iron ore, or further more a binder, the other blending raw material is mixed and granulated to execute the sintering.
