PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the overall size of a blood purifying treatment kit and permit it to be set on a part of a patient's body for facilitating the bedside or home treatment. SOLUTION: In the blood purifying treatment kit 1, an artery-side extracorporeal circulation tube 3 of a blood side pass liquid filling amount from 1 to 7 ml, a pump tube 5 of a blood side pass liquid filling amount from 2 to 14 ml, a blood purifier 2 of a blood side pass liquid filling amount from 2 to 15 ml having an internal hollow fiber membrane of a membrane area from 0.05 to 0.25 m2 and having at its ends a blood inlet 8 and a blood outlet 9 of a blood side pass liquid filling amount from 1 to 3 ml, and a vein side extracorporeal circulation tube 4 of a blood side pass liquid filling amount from 1 to 7 ml, are connected in series from the upstream side to the downstream side of the blood flow.
