PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition having flexibility for facilitating the attaching/detaching of stuck mud and durability suitable for traveling on an agricultural land or the like. SOLUTION: In a rubber composition having closed and/or open cells containing a diene rubber component as a main component, the ASKAR-C hardness of the cured rubber composition is set in the range of 20 deg. to 60 deg., a fracture strength equal to 3.0 MPa or higher and a fracture elongation equal to 250% or higher. The average diameter of the cells is set equal to 300μm or lower, and a foaming rate is set in the range of 50 to 130%. For the rubber composition, carbon black of 30 to 60 pts.wt. containing 50 pts.wt. or more of single or mixed natural rubber or isopropylene, a nitrogen absorbing quantity of 50 to 130 M2/g with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component and a DBP oil absorbing quantity of 70 to 120 ml/100 g, plasticizer of 1 to 20 pts.wt. and sulfur of 0.5 to 3 pts.wt. are blended.
