PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cartridge and a tape-printing apparatus with the same whereby a printing tape having a label attached to a base tape can be smoothly taken out without the separation of the label. SOLUTION: In the tape cartridge storing in a cartridge case 31 a printing tape 100 which is taken out by a printing apparatus main body 2 and supplied for printing, the printing tape 100 has many labels 100 and a base tape to which many labels 100 are attached with leaving non-attachment parts at both end parts in a breadthwise direction of the tape. The cartridge case 31 includes a tape storage part 41 for storing the printing tape 100, a tape send-out port 35, and a tape let-off part 42 continuous with the tape storage part 41 for letting off the printing tape 100 from the tape storage part 41. The tape let-off part 42 is provided with a pair of main guide wall parts 52 which slide in touch with the non-attachment parts of the printing tape 100 thereby guiding the printing tape 100 to be let off.
