PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply open a lower tray device by only unlocking a locking device by pivotally supporting the lower tray device provided with a ball shooting device, a storing tray, an ash tray mechanism, etc., at one side end part of a mounting table board attachable and detachable and providing the locking device for holding the lower tray device on the other side end part of the mounting table board in a closed state. SOLUTION: At a game panel frame 1, a glass frame 3 and a decoration frame 4 are pivotally supported in an openable and closable state and an upper tray device 5 and the lower tray device 6 are pivotally supported in an openable and closable state to close the ball shooting device 9 by the devices 5 and 6. A ball shooting handle device 7 is integrally fitted to the device 6 and the storing tray, the ash tray mechanism, a lower tray mounting table board, etc., are mounted to the device 6, whose opening and closing are kept in a closed state by the locking device to be operated by a clerk, etc. Namely the device 6 is pivotally supported at one side end part of the lower tray mounting table board so as to cover the main parts such as the device 9, etc., of a waist part frame 15 from a front side, and the device 10 is provided on the other side end part of the lower tray mounting table board.
