摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fogging of a mirror by mounting a fan and a duct in which an air blow port is provided on an upper part of a mirror surface and freely rotatably mounting a solar panel at an upper end of a column. SOLUTION: On a rear surface of a mirror 2, a fan 3 is mounted. An air blow port 4a of a duct 4 mounted on the fan 3 is formed wide in width and is installed on an upper part of a mirror surface 2a. Next, wind generated by the fan 3 is delivered to a lower side, contacting with the mirror surface 2a from the air blow port 4a. As a power source of this fan 3, light is collected by a solar panel 6 and power stored in a battery 10 is used. Next, a cable 11 is wired within a solar panel mounting column 5 stood on a column 1 and is freely rotatably mounted on the column 5 with hardware 7 on which the solar panel 6 is mounted. Further, a temperature sensor 12 is mounted on an external frame of the solar panel 6. When a temperature is lowered up to a set temperature, the fan 3 is operated. As a result, a panel can be directed in an arbitrary direction and a light collecting work can be efficiently performed.
