PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition vulcanizable at a high speed in high crosslinking efficiency to give a vulcanized product having excellent low-temperature characteristics, moldability, rubber elasticity, tensile strength, appearance, abrasion resistance, etc. SOLUTION: The objective composition is produced by blending (A) 10-60 pts.wt. of a crystalline polyolefin resin and (B) 90-40 pts.wt. (the sum of A and B is 100 pts.wt.) of an unsaturated olefin copolymer of at least one kind of 2-20Cα-olefins and a conjugated diene monomer of formula (R is hydrogen atom, a 1-3C alkyl or an aryl) wherein (i) the content of the constituent unit originated from the conjugated diene monomer is 0.01-30 mol.%, (ii) the content of the 1,2-cyclopentane skeleton originated from the conjugated diene in the copolymer is <=1 mol.% and (iii) the intrinsic viscosity [η] of the copolymer measured in decalin at 135 deg.C is 0.1-10 dl/g and dynamically heat-treating the blended product in the presence of an organic peroxide.
