PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a high working pressure by a simple structure in an exhaust control device of a two-stroke cycle engine operating according to the working pressure of an engine introduced into a pressure chamber. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 12 forming a pressure chamber 13 by sectioning the inside of an atmospheric chamber 11 is formed by gently curving upward along a curved part provided on a recessed part 10a of an upper case 10. At the top part of this diaphragm 12, an opening part is provided. At an inner periphery of this opening part, a bead part 12a is provided. At an outer periphery of a bottom part of the diaphragm 12, a bead part 12b is provided. By holding the bead part 12a by a washer 14 and a spring receiver 15 and holding the bead part 12b by an upper surface 9a of an under case 9 and a flange 10 of the upper case 10, the pressure chamber 13 surrounded by the diaphragm 12 and the upper surface 9a of the under case 9 is formed within the atmospheric chamber 11.
