PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for managing a schedule with a calendar and a clip used for a program of a teaching material in a school by also using a braille by inserting the clip to be inserted into a date column of the calendar from any position of the data to match the schedule or a plan, and identifying right and left two face display of months of the calendar according to a means for replacing to display to even and odd months, blue round shape continuously provided at a pocket provided at the calendar to be changed to a round shape of yellowish green and its number to number of days from an initial day of a monthly menstrual period of a female with color. SOLUTION: Clips 9, 14 to be inserted into a cutout 2 of a date column of the calendar 1 are provided, display switching means of sequential months of odd months 7 and even months 8 are provided, and a method for switching the clips to be sandwiched between opposed blue partition plates 25a and 25 in a pocket 20 provided with a round through hole 22 and an inlet 21 of the pocket 20 to the clip sandwiched between the pocket 20 and the inlet 21 is switched from the round shape from blue 25b to yellowish green, and braille are provided.
