PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier film, which is excellent in gas barrier properties against oxygen gas, stream or the like and further excellent in its transparency, its heat resistance, its flexibility or the like, and a laminated material in which the barrier film is employed. SOLUTION: On one side of a base material film 2, a thin vapor deposition film 3 of an inorganic oxide is provided by a chemical vapor-phase growth method. Further, on the thin deposited film 3 of the inorganic oxide, a hardened coating film 4 consisting of a resin composition, the vehicle of which mainly made of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and which at least contains a metal alkoxide compound, is provided. |
