PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatical devil's-tongue cutting device capable of automatically cutting devil's-tongue boiled without being touched by a person into product sizes. SOLUTION: A device for cutting devil's tongue which are boiled after devil's- tongue raw material is filled in a molded box with multiple formworks stacked on a base plate and dipped in a boilng tank includes a formwork extracting mechanism B for extracting the formworks 1a from the molded box 1 storing the boiled devil's-tongue in sequence and cutting mechanisms E, F for cutting the exposed devil's-tongue off the molded box 1 along the upper edge of the next formwork 1b every time when the formworks 1a are extracted by the formwork extracting mechanism B and sub-cutting the cut-off devil's-tongue pieces further into product sizes. |
