PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function convenient for arranging together both a representative photograph such as an index print of an APS system, for instance, and a film cartridge containing a developed film, regarding a packaging material for photographs which is suitable for the use on the occasion when the developed film and printed photographs are returned on the request for printing simultaneous with development. SOLUTION: A film cartridge holding part 12 wherein a film cartridge containing a developed film is disposed and held and which is formed of first openings 121 each having at the edge cartridge holding pawls 122 for holding the film cartridge and a photograph holding part 13 which is surrounded by a plurality of second openings 131 wherein engagement pawls 132 engaging with the peripheral edge of a printed photograph are formed respectively at positions corresponding to the peripheral edge of the photograph on the occasion when the photograph is disposed, and whereby the photograph is held in a state of being engaged with at least some of the engagement pawls 132 of the second openings 131, are formed in a cardboard-like base 11.
