PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof material in which electric resistance of the inside is highly held, and adhesion to metallic material such as a rail which is caused by rust is inhibited by decreasing water absorption properties on the surface. SOLUTION: The vibration-proof material consists of foamed polyurethane elastomer which is obtained by allowing a urethane prepolymer obtained by reaction of both a polyol component and a polyisocyanate component to react in the inside of a mold coated with silicone oil. In this case, silicone oil consists of molecular structure in which one or more active hydrogen groups are bonded to a terminal on one side and/or a side chain. |
