PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed slips easily and positively with a slip feeder feeding slips by air blowing. SOLUTION: Slips 5 are charged into a feeding tube 1 formed with a passage 1a for passing air to feed the slips by air blowing from a blower 2. A charging opening 1b for charging the slips 5 is formed at the top surface of the transmission tube 1. A charging opening cover 3 covering the charging opening 1b is formed at the charging opening 1b. A folding part is formed which folds the end parts of the slips 5 by sandwiching each of them between the edge of the charging opening 1b and the edge of the charging opening cover 3 to fold the end parts of the slips 5 respectively and charge them into the passage 1a of the transmission tube 1.
