PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make a truck get on a stepped part even if the stepped part exists by rotatably mounting a rotating bracket having a wheel in the front end on a frame having a plurality of wheels, and providing a mechanism for tilting the frame. SOLUTION: A tilting mechanism 40 is formed of a bracket 41, a rotating bracket 42, a tilting wheel 43 and a manual hydraulic cylinder 50, and it is mounted on a frame 20. The hydraulic cylinder 50 is rotatably mounted on a shaft 51 mounted on the bracket 41, and it can impart a rotating force to the rotating bracket 42 by the vertical movement of an operation lever 53 mounted thereon through a bracket 54 to move the tilting wheel 43 downward. When a stepped part 8 exists in the front, the operation lever 53 is vertically operated to lower the tilting wheel 43, whereby the frame 20 can be inclined upward to make a center wheel 24 get on the stepped part 8. Accordingly, even if a stepped part exists, the truck can easily get on the stepped part with a simple structure.
