摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a mixing operation time and to homogenize mixed powder by holding the mixed powder consisting of superalloy powder same as a part, the molten element of B, Si in a specified ratio, and the supper alloy spheres in a supperalloy container under controlled atmosphere, then obtaining the powder pulverized in a specified time. SOLUTION: The mixture consisting of Ni, Co or ferreous super alloy powder and B and/or Si molten element powder of 0.1-40 mass % is mixed for a few minutes. Superalloy spheres and the powder mixture are filled in a supper alloy container and the container is closed by a lid. The container is placed under vacuum or neutral atmosphere to restrict contamination due to oxygen, The container is put in a crusher, pulverizing is continued for 30 sec-500 hr to obtain single component brazing filler powder. The powder is cleaned by a chemical bath means and applied to the brazing part surface treated by a thermal chemical means. After conducting a thermal cycle consisting of a stepwise temp. rise up to 1050 deg.C and holding for 15-30 min, a diffusion heat treatment is done in a furnace under controlled atmosphere for 4-16 hr.
