PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pull a cable into a cab box easily, and to prevent the penetration of rainwater, dust, etc., into the cab box. SOLUTION: A frame member 25 is installed to a window frame 24 mounted on the rear surface section 21C of a cab box under the state, in which the frame member 25 is projected to the side outer than the rear surface section 21C, while a cable inserting hole 40 is formed to the underside 27B of a frame body 27 constituting the frame member 25, and a cable 17 is pulled into the cab box through a rubber bush 41 fitted to the inner circumferential side of the cable inserting hole 40. Accordingly, complicated additional works such as the boring of a special cable inserting hole to the cab box is made unnecessary, and penetration into the cab box of rainwater, dust, etc., can be prevented as compared to a case when a glass window is opened and the cable is drawn into the cab box.
