<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively deal with a visitor by a simple operation by issuing an exhibition card having a thermal recording layer and a magnetic recording layer at an inlet in the case of entering in an exhibition hall by the visitor. SOLUTION: A visitor delivers his calling card to a person in charge of reception at a reception of entrance, a content of the card is registered as visitor data with a hard disk of a card managing apparatus by the person, and the person issues a card. A record number is recorded on a magnetic recording layer of the card. The visitor who receives the card requests data to a person in charge of the exhibition if the visitor is interested in a display article, the person inputs the content of the request in the apparatus to write the content of the request on the recording layer. When the visitor leaves the hall, the card is delivered to the person in charge of the reception, the content of the request is confirmed by him, and then the visitor leaves the hall. Thus, a management and request of the data of the visitor can be efficiently dealt by a simple operation.</p> |
