PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rewinding/winding system capable of holding an inspection of a web efficiently. SOLUTION: A rewinding/winding system is provided with a rewinding device l, which rewinds a web 20 from wound bodies 10A to 10D, and a pair of rewinding/winding devices 2a, 2b, which are arranged side by side via an inspection part 13 at the downstream side of the rewinding device 1. The web 20, which was rewound from the wound bodies 10A to 10D of the rewinding device 1, is sent to a rewinding/winding device 2a on one side via the inspection part 13 to be rewound there so as to form the wound bodies 10A to 10D. At the same time, the web 20 is rewound from the wound bodies 10A to 10D of a rewinding/winding device 2b on the other side and sent to the winding device 3 to be rewound there in order to change its winding direction.
