PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a back face part from swelling outwardly in closing a pair of cover parts. SOLUTION: This cartridge storage case 1 is provided with a back face part 3 provided on its inner face with a plurality of cartridge holding parts 2a-2c for holding a part of a cartridge 201 inserted, a pair of covers 6, 7 jointly provided on both right and left sides of the back face part 3 through hinge parts 4, 5, a fitting part 8 and a part 9 to be fitted which are provided on the open/close end side of the pair of covers 6, 7 and which lock the covers 6, 7 in a closed condition, and a plurality of hinge parts 10, 11 provided between each of the plurality of cartridge holding parts of the back face part 3 for making it possible to bend the back face part 3 in an arc shape, and a swell preventive means 41 for preventing the back face part 3 from swelling outward by the existence of the plurality of hinge parts 10, 11 in closing the pair of cover parts 6, 7.
