PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device for a connecting pin having constitution, in which the generation of looseness can be inhibited for a prolonged term by preventing displacement in the direction that a stopper is withdrawn from the connecting pin. SOLUTION: The connecting pins 5 are fitted into each pinhole of mutually fitted brackets 1 and bosses 3. The connecting pins 5 have tapered arms 7 at one ends. Pedestals 8 are fixed onto the external surfaces of the brackets 1. First stoppers 9 for a detent with tapered grooves 10, to which the tapered sections of the arms 7 are fitted, are fixed onto the brackets 1 by bolts 12 in a freely positioning manner. Second stoppers 14 preventing movement in the direction that the first stoppers 9 are withdrawn from the connecting pins 5 are fastened onto the pedestals 8 by bolts 15 while being abutted against the first stoppers 9.
