PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the weight of a doumbell changeable, sufficiently exhibit various functions and make obtainable comfortable feeling of use by removably fitting plural curve grips and plural weights in order in combination to both ends of a center grip single body with screws. SOLUTION: One center grip 10 is provided with screw holes 11 at both ends, with which a made screw 41 of a weight B 40 and a male screw 22 of a curved grip 20 curved substantially at right angles to be easily gripped can be engaged. Two curved grips 20 are provided, and a made screw 22 screw- engaged with the screw hole 11 of the center grip 10 is provided on each one end. A screw hole 21 is provided on the other end and a weight A30 and a weight B40 can be screw-engaged by a male screw 41 of the weight B40. For example, one curved grip 20 is fitted to the center grip 10, and the weight A30 and the weight B40 are combined to suitably adjust the weight for use. Thus, this dumbbell is used in various combination of the weights and used, so that feeling of achievement can be improved by using various functions and capabilities of the fingers and arms.
