PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-adhesive co-extruded composite plastic film having an excellent packaging suitability at the time of applying it to an automatic packaging machine by obtaining predetermined defogging properties of the film by rapid treating. SOLUTION: The co-extruded composite plastic film is obtained by forming a layer (B) of a composite plastic film in which layers (A) and (B) are laminated on both surfaces of the layer (B) of one or more types of synthetic resin compositions selected from a linear low density polyethylene, low density polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, forming the layers (A) and (C) of a synthetic resin composition obtained by blending 5 to 50 wt.% of an amorphous styrene-butadiene copolymer with a crystalline propylene-ethylene block copolymer, and surface treating the surfaces the layer (A) or (C) or both the layers (A) and (C) to become a wetting index of 310 to 450μN/cm by corona discharging.
