MANUFACTURE OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid wasteful consumption of flux. SOLUTION: The viscous liquid-like flux 10 only is applied to a corrugated top part of an outer fin 4 to require the brazing of outer fins 4 and tubes 5 which are alternately laminated and arranged in a core 2 in assembling a heat exchanger 1 and no flux 10 is applied to part other then the part which require the brazing therefore wasteful consumption of the flux 10 can be eliminated.
